Vision

KKP envisions an XU Community that is dynamic, responsive, and committed to work with people, organizations, and communities for a sustainable development in Mindanao, the country, and the world.

Mission

KKP commits itself to work for the holistic formation of the XU Community who will live out the values of Preferential Option for the Poor, Justice, Peace, and Service, as they do Community Involvement and Service for and with the various communities in Mindanao.

Goals

1. To effectively facilitate and implement Community Involvement and Service in the various colleges and programs of the university;
2. To form and develop students, faculty, staff, and community partners to be critical-minded of and responsive to social issues and concerns;
3. To provide mechanisms that measure and validate the efficiency and relevance of the community involvement and service programs and activities facilitated by the KKP;
4. To establish organizational systems that can enhance the efficiency of the KKP Staff in implementing their programs and activities.
